I have been doing a ton of research since I did my first all day fast a few days ago. I tried to fast for 2 consecutive days but just could not do it, I had no energy and I didn’t want to give up working out in the mornings. So I think I’ll try alternative day fasting, low calorie diets just doesn’t work for me right now but I think I could stick to ADF well the 4:3. I’ll try it for 2 weeks and see how it goes.
