Hi everyone!!! Hope you are all on the down page... My scales had a moment today. the 60.8 showed up... I was so excited. am STILL delighted with 61.2! Under 10 stone...and soon to be in the 50 s kilo s..... Does anyone just walk for their exercise? I do 3.20 a day...and it s such a simple thing. Would love to get a good exercise for the thighs. The cellulite has all but gone,and I'd love to tighten up and add muscle..on top of the actual new muscle..incredible lol
