Fasting day yesterday went really well, I had a homemade green juice which I feel liquids don’t count as food while fasting. Today I woke up and worked out for an hour, I’m feeling exhausted just no energy without food. I didn’t hit my goal of 159 so I am going to try and fast today as well if I can.
