3.4# until I reach my first goal of 21.2#. Every time I log my food, I’m more accountable, and the more accountable I become, the more control I have. I used to eat like an uncontrollable 3 year old, adulting isn’t easy sometimes (says the chocolate-loving 3 year old), but it isn’t impossible. But, food logging has been an eye-opening experience, and that has shut the three year old up (most of the time). How many times have I said,”I don’t know why I’m overweight!” I have a job that requires me to walk around at least 4 hours a day, it’s fairly physical, most days. Well, once you go on a keto challenge with your sister (thank you, Jamie), and she reminds me about fat secret app. Well, logging what I’ve eaten, and thinking about what I had eaten before this, I KNOW why I’m overweight.
