work had doughnuts for everyone. a co worker asked if i was having any i said no that would defeat the purpose of the healthy lunch u brought...later he and another co worker joked how im trying to eat healthy and im so little. that they rather be happy and fat...i didn't react...but i said if it was cheese cake i would have that...tonight was a bday party. i said no to the food, cake and ice cream.
however its been bad week...no exercise
guess im still trying get used to this new schedule..ugh frustrating
