Even if that pie was 4k...I will gain a pound from it. As long as I'm right back on track it'll be gone in a week most likely.
I have my meal preps complete and back on track today...
I have to remember that I didn't get heavy over night and I wont gain my weight back over night.
I have to remember that I'm in control of my food...the only time I lose control is when I give up my control.
As long as I get right back on track it will be ok.
There's a kind of freedom in this new mind set for me. This feels like more of a life long change.
I will win over binge eating eventually...like I did with my drinking...it took years but I did win eventually. I will win again...as long as I don't ever give up.
