Morning everyone, been off all week and my structure seems to have gone .. PT says not to get obsessed with weight , as we are trying to gain muscle so keep an eye on measurements? This week I intend-to get back on it .. I don’t feel too bad other than this virus I’ve had for past 3 weeks - seems to of knocked me for six .. have a good weekend everyone xx
