so yesterday I went to a low impact strech yoga class... feeling i needed to do a bit of just relax and streching my back feels very tight. So when I came home I decided to try the head stand from the the streaching standing postion not sure what you call it but the 5 pointed star where you then bend at the waist with a flat back to have you head between your legs..... well I decided to try to put my head on the floor for the supported head stand and put my knees on my elbows... Got it!! so ecited and then try to slowly bring my legs up to full position!! wobbled a bit I did do it so I had the side of my couch as support so I would not roll I did touch a few times but I got my legs up!!! So excited!! now coming down was not as pretty but I did not totally fall I tried to controll as much as I could I'm so excited I can't stand myself!! happy dance!!!
