I been doing the elliptical for a long time. This month I switched to the treadmill. My body REALLY feels the difference. I walk on 3.6 for an hour. I will do this for a month. Then switch up. I doing heavy weights twice a week. It was more but I needed to up the cardio and do something I could live with. With that....I changed a lot of things in my life around in order to make this permanent. GOoooooo LAKERS!!!!!!
