Fasting today and Wednesday this week. Hopefully I will be a little more restrained on my eating "normally" days than I have been for the last few days. I'm going to try to keep below 2000cals which shouldn't be difficult should it? I could get used to this Intermittent fasting routine - just give it a few more weeks and I'll know whether it works for sure. I'm pretty happy with it at the moment :-)
