I got it bc my friend wanted ice cream. I ate a little and threw out the rest. I am avoiding artificial sugar to reset my taste buds, but this tasted fine to me. The flavors make a huge difference. The lemon one is terrible.

Whey protein, milk, Greek yoghurt, churn and freeze. Taste creamier then the halo top yoghurt because of the yoghurt and has the added benefits of probiotics.

Just got myself the same treat yesterday. I put in MCT and a spoon of coconut butter to balance out macros and make it more filling.

0% yoghurt and a good powder is awesome. If carbs allow it 50g of oats in the mix frozen is awesomeness 👌
