Week two is going well. Happy with progress. Keeping to strict breakfast and lunch and monitoring portion sizes of other meals. I may have slipped last night and had to make a cheese and ham sandwich!

But I am ahead so I’m not going to punish myself. I don’t drink and keeping strict during the day. As long as activity and burn is higher than basal I should lose.
