Crap month . Still trying to get my happy place together. Spirit tell me it will not be too long to wait . Which is a good thing . I only want to get to a realistic weight . Not too thin but then not too far...... size 16 / 18 will suit me just fine .... xx

How about shooting for a day of happy or even an hour? Sometimes, just concentrating on a small period of time is helpful. You CAN do this! We are all here for you.
