Back/arms have become my favorite areas to workout! I have upped my macros over the last months to try and gain some muscle. Pretty happy with it so far. I am about to go on vacation for a week so I won’t be working out in that time, wish me luck! 🙂

As for the food, the last few months I stopped eating 1,400 daily and increased that total weekly until I was at 2,800 calories. Which is what I average weekly now. (I know it sounds like a lot) I think the term for it was reverse dieting but I did a lot of research for what I thought would work for my goals. (Gain muscle/keep endurance/ stay in the 120’s)
Macro counting is a small factor I try to keep an eye on it. But for the most part I just listen to my body.
Based off of my experience I do believe it is possible to have a lifestyle of health while still eating higher in calories. I hope that kinda answerd your question.

Yes, yes. Sorry I think a portion didn’t post.
I workout 5 day a week now averaging 1 and a half hours to 1 hour and 45 min. Mostly weight training with little rest between sets or I’ll supplement 20 of those minutes on the stairclimber. 🙂 Not saying this is what will work best for everyone, this is just what I enjoy.

Yes i eat very little. One good thing is my blood is tested twice a month. I see the nutritionist 3 times a week. She tells me what to get more of. Problem is i am mot very active. So i am losing fat along with muscle mass i had.

Rosio19. I am not active at all. Don't work, ect. Barely can sweep a floor. So I had to cut calories. It has worked so far. I will get my blood work back next week. It is checked twice a month. Nutrients ect and also if I need hemoglobin added or not. Which I haven't had for a long time. The nutritionist I see three times a week. She tells me if I need more protein or more of anything else. Fun stuff
