Morning everyone, Well a hard week , not been bad so hoping it’s water retention seeing I’ve hardly drank my 3/4 litres a day 🤔.. Points this last week :- 1.PT..told me to cut my cross trainer work out as I’ve been hard at it - and says it’s not helping my muscle growth.. so advising me on incline walking (incline 6.5 speed 6.5 ) what you guys think ? Anyway back to work Monday 😭enjoy the weekend everyone xx
