so last week sucked. i did okay on food but i only exercise one day. off to a good starythis week though. yesterday 40 min leg strength, im sore today, and this morn was 40 min arm strength. im used to using 8 pounds, so the 10s were more of a challenge for my arms and 20 was a challenge for my legs and squats. mentally i feel a lot better😜 ...buckle dowm now for this lake effect snow that's supposedly coming tonight
