I forgot to weigh in this morning. I usually don't weigh in on the weekends and just weigh in on Monday. I guess I will weigh in tomorrow. Today is my first day of fall semester at school. Now I have to rearrange my schedule...I always lose weight on breaks from school and then stall once school starts back. I can hope this time will be different.
B - Fiberone w/ FF soy milk and veggie sausages L - Salad w/ tomato, onion, lf feta crumbles and light dressing D - ? Not sure...I may just have a bowl of cereal. Depends on how much time I have before I have to head to school.
