Giving intermittent fasting a go, here is my first meal of the day or effectively lunch.

1681 kcal Gord: 92,53g | Prot: 67,16g | Carbs: 152,21g.   Almoço: Margarine, Sanitarium Marmite, Whole Wheat Bread (Commercial), Avocados, Bananas, Strawberries, Peach and Mango. Jantar: McDonald's Chicken McNuggets (3), McDonald's Cheeseburger. Lanches/Outros: Cadbury Dairy Milk. mais...

The less often you eat, the less hungry you get. It's much easier intermittent fasting doing a keto based diet also. Good luck ivygirl

I had solid steady results from IF last year, essentially just skipping breakfast and not snacking at night. ATB!

I'm doing IF also..16: 8 split. Important to keep our carbs around 20 to 30 grams per day to prevent big insulin spikes..it's the insulin that can be problematic every time we eat anything. My constructive comment is to be aware of your carbs even when you stop fasting and feast...2 slices of bread has around 30 grams of carbs. Don't focus on calories..eat good fats and moderate protein but watch those carbs cos they can undo all of our good work

I'd say "focus on getting your veggies and fruit" instead of worrying about carbs, but then again I'm not doing IF anymore.

I'd say "focus on the carbs and forget the fruit". I see sugar,sugar,sugar: scrap the banana, the sweetened yoghurt and the bread. But everyone's different. I permanently do IF.
