Weight steady. Not bad considering I went out to eat last night with my boyfirend. I had a some tilapia and mixed veggies but I know it was not as healthy as my home cooking. Oh well...this weekend I am hoping to break the 180's. And, my clothes are starting to get loose....YAYAYAYAYAY!!!
Food - B-Fiber One cereal w/ FF soy milk & V8 L-sirloin burger w/ 2 slices of turkey bacon and 1/2 cup of raw broccoli w/ homemade ranch (LF, LCarb, LCal) D-Parmesan crusted tilapia with zucchini (I LOVE ZUCCHINI)
