Hello all, I've been away for a while I had neck surgery in June 19th. They took 3 disc out and replaced them with what they called spacers and screwed a metal plate to the front of it all.... Was bed bound for 2 and a half months with a neck brace on Could not do anything and I mean anything. They were afraid if I tried and lost my balance I'd trip and I'd break my neck..... Am better now, slowly doing physical therapy to gain some strength back... Have again a little weight am staying between 235 and 240... Other than that all is well... Hope to get back on track...
