Jornal de kittysuth, 09 set 12

Today starts week 4 of C25K. Before I started I googled "Am I too fat to run?" I was worried about my joints. I'm doing the running bits at my own pace and so far so good. This is the (physically) hardest thing I think I've ever done and it feels amazing to know I've come this far. The scale is a nightmare with all of this new and developing muscle and my appetite is out of control, but I feel good.

ay! I started "running" earlier this year at 270lbs and could barely clear the block. I'm now at 7.5miles, with my best time being 1hr 7min. You'll be amazed at what you are capable of! Keep it up! You're! a freakin rockstar!!!
