WOW---I am one happy camper--I haven seen these numbers on scale in over 2 years---I'm trying to look great in my wedding dress on June 1. So I am very motivated!!!! One thing I've noticed--I do not have hunger pangs @ all. Had to do fasting bloodwork the other day and I didnt go in till 11:30am--wasnt even hungry and starving like I was in years past. This may work for me.....and I dont mind walking in the wee hours of the morning either. Cant wait to see what next week brings--I'm only doing 10lb increments @ a time instead of going for my goal all at once.
