TODAY is 10k day -- whoot-whoot! Up early and getting some water in me. Will eat a serving of flaxseed meal-peanut butter hot cereal in a bit to fuel me. Thinking back to when I weighed 240lbs and an activity like this would NOT have been on my radar to do - feeling very blessed today. Thank-you Dr. Atkins for giving me my life back and thanks to God for giving me the determination to take it back!!
