Looks like I lost 6 pounds, but this is a complex thing. Had weight gain with constipation at the time of the last weigh-in. Now, I've had flu for days and have eaten nothing plus have really had my manure chute cleaned out. I am pretty empty, I assure you.
Please do not respond to this posting. Do not cheer. I'm merely recording my situation in gastroville.
