There has to be something psychological to me not moving past this 200 lb barrier. I know I'm eating more calories than I did when I was losing faster, but they are still very low. What is making me eat more? Why am I allowing myself to do this? I'm closer to my goal weight than I've been in 20 years. If I don't hit it this time, I know I'll gain the weight back. ugh this stuff is so complicated and hard.
