Justa quick word of encouragement this morning. About 3wks ago I turned 35. Yes, I'm much older than some think lol. I decided on that day I would take back control of my health. I had slacked off on my diet and exercise resulting I n a 25lb weight gain since my last birthday. I woke up first thing that morning excited and ready to lace up my walking shoes and get out there. I COULDN'T FIND MY DAMN SHOES! 😡 I searched and searched but couldn't find them. So guess what I did. I put on the first pair of tennis shoes I could find, my hot pink low top Chucks. For 2wks straight I walked 2ml every morning in these damn Chucks. I finally found my walking shoes last week. I said all that to say this. You'll have plenty of obstacles in your way on your journey to a healthier lifestyle. You can't let them stop you! #NoExcuses
