Jornal de Keyishealth, 14 set 18

I always wrestle with anything that is weight, eating related. Keto doesn't work for my body. I stayed on plan (other than a couple of days) for 4 months and only lost 17 pounds, and this was with a personal coach as well. Every day was a huge struggle. I know that losing weight will need planning, prepping and saying no to things I may really want, but I don't think it should be a huge struggle every day and minute. I'm using this weekend to prep and starting the South Beach diet on Monday. The South Beach diet is lower carb, healthy foods, good fats, and "normal" foods. I do feel that keeping carbs down is good and need to continue, but I need to get this weight off. I'm just so tired, tired of trying so hard and getting no where. Monday, starts new and any insight and helpful advice would be much appreciated.
