I need tips and tricks. To facilitate my weight loss I was increasing my daily steps and counting my calories. Two days ago I injured my foot and my mobility has been affected. I dont want my little bit of forward progress to be short lived. Do you know of any good calorie burning activities that dont involve much mobility and that can be done while caring for 3 kids.

Use hand weights while seated. Also try some seated yoga poses. Even isometric exercises will work.

Youtube watch (and do) "20 Min Chair Exercises Sitting Down Workout - Seated Exercise" by HASFit. It is for seniors, but I think it is good for you now :-)
