I went to the gym last night and worked out for the first time since last sunday! It was rough getting back into it, but I truly enjoyed it. Lately I can feel my body craving to work out, I can feel the need for my heart to get pumping; and once I get to the gym and get my heart rate up I begin to feel motivated and excited and overall happy. It makes me feel good that I am taking care of myself, that I respect myself enough to get into shape! I never thought that I could feel that way about working out, but I absolutely love it! I hope it becomes contagious to whoever reads this entry! Stay excited about your journey to your goal!
