My office just started a weight loss competition. It's 4v4, and it runs for 6 weeks.
Let the sabotage begin. LOL
The only bad part is that I'll be on vacation for a week right at about week 4... in Chicago... eating deep dish pizzas. Oh well.
I finished one full week of the Spike diet, including a diet recommended 4000 calorie day. I felt like I was gonna burst. I weighed myself the morning of the Spike day at 200 even. I forgot to weigh before breakfast, so that was actually my weight after already eating 2000 cals. It jumped to about 204 this morning (probably from a LOT of sodium), so it'll be interesting to see how fast it goes back into the negative. I'm trying to follow the plan 100% so I can give an honest review of it in about a week.
