Went to the doctor last week and got good results from my blood work. He even said that I could eat what I want now. I am still going to stick to my diet though. It has been working so why change it. My hubby's results weren't good though. The doctor put him on a cholesterol medication. The fish oil itself didn't do the job I guess. So now he takes both. He is starting to work out here and there. He will do sit-ups and push-ups throughout the day. He has even done my yoga workouts. I hope that he can stick to it and get off the medication. He was 200lbs and is down to 195lbs now. I want him to join fatsecret and at least count his calories. It would be nice for him to join the community, but I won't push him. I am so close to reaching my next goal weight, I can't believe it. I only have 3.4lbs to go. Then I am going to set my final goal weight and that will be it. Once I hit that goal weight I will start modifying my workouts. I do mostly yoga, which is good for you, but I should add in some cardio or weights to start with. These are my some before and after pics. I was close to 230lbs in the top pic and about 155lbs in the bottom pic. Once I hit the goal weight, I will upload more. Thank you fatsecret community, you are all helping me achieve my goals!

Wow, great job! I heartily recommend weights. Start light and work your way up. The endorphin release from lifting is an added benefit. All you need are a few dumbbells, you can get them for a few bucks on Craigslist.

Great job! Keep it up! My husband has lost 35 pounds by eating what I eat, with a bit extra. He's not a FS-type guy (hates keeping track and "support groups"; very into "solo" discipline), but this works for him. Best wishes on your journey together!
