I weigh daily in the morning as a mindfulness exercise. It goes up and down some but the trend is slowly down.

I have a Monday morning weigh-in - I'm never tempted to weigh myself in between Mondays.

I like numbers so I weigh a lot. I like weighing when I get up then after I get ready without dressing to see how much liquids I was holding lol. I like to see what my clothes weigh etc. The only numbers on the scale I’m worried about are Monday mornings and the first of every month. Sometimes it gets irritating when each morning is up or down but I know not to panic until the first of the next month :). If it bothers you, try putting it on a shelf in an out of the way place. Maybe if you don’t see it constantly you will eventually forget about it more often :).

I'm tempted, but do not want to get discouraged. Therefore, I only weigh-in once every other week.

Like 3 times a day or more. If it weighs heavy it doesn't discourage me since I know if I am on track due to calorie intake alone. I like to see how much I lose after a jog, and sometimes I just do it because it's in my living room and it weighs immediately. It's a habit haha. I hate the scale that you have to press down on, wait for the zero to appear before you can step on.

I used to do it daily and more, when I realized it was controlling me I choose to weigh once a week, so I slid the scale under a dresser in our spare bedroom. I weigh once a week on Monday mornings immediately after my workout, and after my morning coffee. Works for me.

Every morning. Never discouraged just motivated to get back on track if I don’t like what I see.

as adamevegod1 said, put it away. Much easier to resist when out of sight.

Absolutely never, I look in the full length mirror and I look for changes. Scales can distract, and can cause low self esteem. Your weight shouldn't define your progress, especially if you're doing anaerobic activity.

Daily. Keeps me motivated knowing how much I lost and keeps me on track if I gain a little.

Once every two weeks. Now, that I'm closer to my goal, it takes longer to see differences.

Daily AM unless I've been naughty then I stay away for a few days (because I don't like higher numbers).

Every morning and evening. Before and after gym or long distance walk. Whenever a significant weight change takes place. Poops, peeing, sweat, different kind of foods, all of them have significal impact. I am no more fooled. Finally i have learned not to get dissapointed because of the scales measurements. I need no more to weight myshelf since i have found out that the best tracking comes from my clothes, the lines of my face and lower back skin thickness. Weighting is just a habit i can live without if there is no scales available.

My doctor told me once a week for weight, once a day for water.

I just purchased a smart scale. I'm focusing on total picture. How much unhealthy body fat do I have to muscle. How's my bone density? Muscle weighs more than fat. If I'm tone and weigh more than my magical number I decided I'm not going to sweat it.
