Okay, today was really, really, really bad! Left overs of three crab cakes, about 20 peanut M&Ms, bowl of cereal, hamburger and fries and gold fish--not all in that order. Whew... I don't think that I have gotten this far off track in a long, long time! Well, I will have to skip my girl's night out this week and get it some hard core workouts this week to keep my goal of 185 by March 21! I can do it, it's not about the past...keep focused on the goal, keep focused on the goal, keep focused on the goal. I had one bad day early in the week, I've got time to recover and get back on track! I can do it!!
