Finally was able to get my weight tracker on here to work. It wouldn't update my weight and when it did finally, it changed my starting weight too and looked like I hadn't lost anything. Thank God it is all fixed now.

Yesterday was a hungry day, I get those, but still stayed on plan. Today will be a great day! I will speak that into existence!

It will be a very busy work day, which means a lot of at my desk, in my chair time. I need to force myself to take some breaks and walk around and stretch and get in some sunshine. Being in N.H. we only get good heat and sun for about 3 months of the year (June - August). I love Spring and Fall, but Winter is often from November (sometimes October) through March (and sometimes through April). I hibernate in the Winter, so love to get outdoors when I can.
