Feeling really good about myself. I am in a happier place . With my mind , body & spirit. No point in dwelling in the past , I can not change . Finally looking like we have turned the corner.
Thank you all for the support . You may not think it matters , because I can promise you it does matter . I can see just where I am going my heaviest has been 209lbs , so you see having lost 10lbs can only be a good thing . Can not wait until I get my dresses out and see just how it looks and feels .
