Simple leftovers! Seared up a few slices of the smoked pork belly with 'slaw. I held off from frying up a couple few eggs in the grease that rendered from the pork belly. And we have some foreshadowing.... This beautiful work of art is an American Kobe Beef ribeye! Had a supposed Kobe ribeye in a re$taurant years back and it was equivalent to a pan fried USDA Choice, wasn't happy. I have very high hopes for this one as it will get the usual reverse sear treatment. Not cheap but way cheaper (and better) than going to a steakhouse. Also, we no longer go to fast food or "normal" restaurants (Olive Garden, Applebee's, Chili's, Denny's, etc.). Since going low carb we've actually saved a lot of money by not going out just to eat. Hey, another NSV!
