I'm just not right today. I couldn't finish my walk yesterday to swollen in both ankles and pain in my right leg from tendonitis. So today took the day off of work and went to the doctor.

I was told I tested positive for ANA and he is referring to the Rheumatologist. Great! So I had a light lunch even thought I wanted a cheeseburger, just ate a salad, a smoothie and some popcorn later...arghhh!!!

I hate bad news.

If you've got tendinitis, you might ask the doc if biking, elliptical work, or swimming might be better for you. I'm dealing with tendinosis atm (lots of small tears, not one big one) and my Dr. has nixed walking, running, jogging, and so on because of the impacts, but he greenlighted the exercise bicycle.

Hope you are feeling good soon. Good job eating a light lunch. I am right there with you, bad news=bad food choices. Way to stay strong though :).

Thanks Ya'll :) Good advice on the exercise. I will continue with my exercise bike but for now staying away from my walking. And yes I came home proud that I didn't buy out and stuck with a light lunch :)
