Wow!!! I just sat down and looked at what foods are making my sodium high for the day....WOW! Now I know what to do as far as cutting back on that sodium :) Thanks for this site I'm getting on the road to better health.
I wouldn't worry so much for the sodium but for days now my feet have been swollen like crazy. Granted, I'm on my feet alot, drink lots of water...they seen to only get swollen while sitting...hummm..not sure why. I'm healthy just had a physical with the doctor and everything is good just a little over weight! So my decision to lose not the doctors!
