oooh so this app is definitely for me! i actually don't mind counting calories it keeps me aware, ya know? (the exception to that is when a slice of pizza or those cookies i LOVE so much ack the calories on by just seeming to catch my eye yargh)...well yesterday was day 1 and I was doing ok putting the food in, finding the cals&portion sizes, when BAM! had some time to relax, watch the ol' laptop (&it is old but we shall call her VINTAGE lol) &i started to munch without thinking. And I say without thinking, but i DID think when I was buying the goodies "i'll just have xxx portion, & it will be fine" when i input the calories though, what a laugh (or cry)...by the end of it I had lost the deficit i would've had without them and went in to the dreaded red! But who am I tellin'? We know how that goes. But i thought I'd share my Day 1. good luck in your journey, everyone😊
