I have been back on plan since Tuesday and doing very well. The problem is I am very hungry now. It was easy to get back to keto eating, I love the food; but I think my body needs to adjust because of my bad decisions over the weekend to get me back to not being so hungry. I'm just going to stay true to plan and I know it'll all work out.
