Barely on my second day of my Keto diet and I am already feeling so much better than I was a few days ago! It is a little hard for me but hopefully I can keep up my strength and not give into temptations as the area I live around is packed with fast foods that smell so good its making my stomach rumble gah!

if you have a little talent in the kitchen it is easy to make some healthy enticing food at home. I find that always helps. glad you feel better now, once you get a routine going it will be so much easier for you.

I'm currently looking up recipes to make for dinner just so I don't cave in and go buy Wingstop aha. I still need to start saving recipes so that I can make my own healthier foods to take my cravings away.
