Okay started listing my food again...I think it helps motivate me to stay in bounds.
Weather is BLISTERING hot and AC working OT to keep up. Feel great though, and energized...to clean etc. Mood elevated. Not going outside to walk because of the blistering heat but instead exercising by cleaning and working inside the house.
