Grrr. I'm mad at myself for not working out today... or yesterday. And tomorrow is going to be hard to workout as well... with the night spent fishing potentially. Part of me is hoping for rain so that I have an excuse to stay in and workout. Honestly.


It's 2:25am. We just got back from seeing the new Nightmare on Elm Street... special midnight screening. It was good, I jumped a lot. They made Freddy look crazy scary of course, with all new special effects. BUT I've said it before and I'll say it again - all the best movies were made in the 80s, lol, best horror movies that is. Now they're just remaking them... Ah well.

Tomorrow morning I'm going to help stock some ponds with largemouth bass, then I have class... maybe I'll have time to workout between class and potential fishing I dunno, but I'm feeling bad about not working out. Not to mention, we took the wii down to take it to a friends, so everything is all unhooked, which is no excuse but... I dunno.

I can't watch stuff like that and be able to sleep. Or be alone : ). Eww...what about The Grudge? That one freaked me out. I think that's what it was called. I tried to block it out of my mind...I remember letting out a scream in the first five minutes. Nope, not for me : )-------------------------------------------------------------I think you might want to try to squeeze that workout in - more for the mental/emotional benefit. Maybe try telling yourself you'll just do 20 minutes - intense 20 minutes, but only 20. It may end up turning into a half hour or 45 min., depending, but tell yourself you'll devote 20 minutes to your well-being. Think about how far you've come already. Doesn't it blow your mind that just over 11 weeks ago you were at 180,and now you're in the low 150's?? You must be seeing major changes to your body- you're probably going on two size differences now, right? That should be incentive to do a short, but intense, workout. : ) Besides, you'll be slacking tomorrow, unless you workout before wine-tasting. 'Cause you sure aren't gonna feel up to it after! : )

Well, I'm home now and it's only 10:30, so I think I'll probably eat dinner (we caught some catfish we are eating), relax for a while and do a late night workout. I'm going to go for at least 30 minutes on the Wii Active... and depending on how tired I am and what time it is I might play some Wii Fit, or do some easy sports. However, fishing was 5.5 hours tonight, which was tiring in itself, so, I mean - I burned a lot of calories, I just didn't workout on the Wii - which is what I was beating myself out about.
