Thanks Phooka! I am setting mini targets so I don't become overwhelmed with a big target. I think that's where I kept failing before.
I'm going to set my next target to lose 6 lbs in the month of July!

I decided that the motivation from the site for me came from seeing the colour change on my weight history, hence the mini-goals. It’s working so far ... 🤔

That's awesome! I never even thought of that. I'm going to set another mini target for this month, so I'll be back to sq 1 with the colours lol
