Struggling this weekend. My husband had an accident on Friday night (not his fault and no one seriously hurt, thank God), but the stress of the damage to his truck and him worrying about his very sore neck made me throw caution to the wind and we've been eating comfort food this weekend. . .had pizza and beer yesterday, mashed potatoes and other stuff today. . . I'm just not paying any attention to my points. Have to get back on track, but this week will be hard because it's school vacation week. So getting to the gym daily will probably not be happening. . . sigh.

Hope you all are doing ok. Sorry to her about the accident. My kids are home tomorrow also. We'll have to do what we can... Try to have a good one.

Oh, no! Sorry to hear about your ordeal and I'm glad your husband is ok. It is easy to fall back into our old patterns of eating. Don't beat yourself up about it. Just knowing that it was triggered by stress is a step toward understanding your habits which can help you in the future. Even if you don't get to the gym, you can still get a good workout around the house. Don't start your week giving yourself an excuse! You can take control of your circumstances and come out on top! Keep up the fight!
