Bah, this is gonna be a bad week, lol...
It's only Tuesday and the BF and I went out to a place for wine and appetizers... I had one glass, and the "healthiest" apps I could determine... tomatoes, feta, hummus, pita bread... not the best, but not the worst I could do.
Tomorrow, wasn't going to do anything but then we have a softball game at 8pm... and the team captain was like "thanks for playin on your bday we'll go out for a beer after", so I invited a bunch of people (and the team) out to a bar for some beers, pool and darts or whatever... I can at least drink bud 55's at that bar (it wasn't available at the place we went tonight).
Thursday I will actually be able to be GOOD. I won't drink, lol and I won't go out for food either!
Friday... wasn't gonna be a big deal, but now the weather is looking nice, and we might go down to the rez and fish. Now I know fishing is decent exercise (at least when you do it for long periods of time), but we're going to bring beers... So, again, 55's for me, but... still drinking.
Saturday - instead of fishing, we're going on a Winery Trail tour around here... well, just like a Winery Crawl really, lol... with more people. So there's a day of HIGH calorie intake if I drink a lot of wine, but I guess it's cool. We're also going to have REAL cake... Chocolate Marshmallow bumpy cake, and ice cream (i'm gonna stay low cal on the ice cream, I've found some delicious Skinny Cow flavors)... BAH!
I think I'm just gonna skip on recording my food on Saturday, lol... It'll be like 300% of my RDI (which is set to about 1600).
It's too bad I couldn't have lost 26lbs by my 26th birthday (tomorrow), but I've lost 24 since starting and I think that's CRAZY. One of my cats weighs like 5lbs, and so I've almost lost 5 of her off of my body!! Wow.
