i know i have really been missing in action but i have been litterly dealing with alot mentally for the past 2 months and it doesnt seem like there is no end in sight for a while i wanted to update to let you all know i am still alive but not following the program at all right now my life is just a merrygo round right now i cant really concentrate on it right now but i am doing one thing right im blogging it and letting you all know i am not purrfect at all. and i will start my program as soon as my life is a little more stable im dealing with my husbands major surgery comeing up on wednesday and there are very high risk involved just to let you know i will keep you all posted on my husbands surgery when i know love you all and please keep me in your prayers love shelly

Just try to make the healthy food choices right now. Stress is a real killer. I pray your husband's surgery goes well. Please try to take good care of yourself as well.....You will feel so much better.
