I've a way to go before I get to maintenance - my current target is only part way there so I get to see colour changes to motivate me. My maintenance plan will be to decide on a weight range I'm comfortable at (probably a 3kg range or similar) and then work to stay within that, ideally at the lower end. Recording and regular weighing will be my main support for maintenance.
