6/5/18 Some features in this program are frustratingly limited. So I am using the next day to calculate in advance what I will be eating and see how the macros come out. Working but tedious. I'm having fun seeing where I can fit some yummy healthy carb foods I love into my meals like artichoke and papaya tomorrow. Today I still ate little but also felt very little hunger - went away just drinking water which I clearly needed anyway. Have enough energy for my needs today - working on stuff at mom's house, chatting with Dale on the porch, QB an GBFA data entry, and keto research. Getting ready to make dinner and looking forward to trying a twist on dessert. Dessert was delish - not very sweet so didn't get activated - could use less nuts. Might try freezing it and pressing nuts into it before serving.
