Well I’m starting again, have been off track (and app) since November. I had half carried on but lost the will when we were away and since our return about 3 wks ago it’s actually been worse. At my lowest weight I was 69.4 but I’m back up to 71.5 so need to get back to it and try cut out the crap again. 🙏🤞
